If you wish to use a different site you MUST call Screensafe 877-727-3369 to find a location most convenient for you.

Employees should:

• Bring identification to the testing facility.
• Identify themselves as a participant in the Screensafe testing pool.
• Keep the testing receipt.
• Turn the receipt into the employer as proof of testing.

Appointments are not necessary, walk-ins are welcome. However, many collection sites take appointments first. If you choose to make an appointment REMEMBER the test still must be completed in the allotted timeframe! Please remember to be at the testing site at least 1 hour before closing.
